Once again, Considering the Cinema proudly presents the second edition of The DVD Infatuation Podcast for September 2020. In Episode 035, we welcome back “the Leonard Maltin of the Internet,” an American Treasure, the Amazing but Subtle Dave “Dr. Shock” Becker! During this show, Dave explains why he has such a soft spot for exploitation cinema, earning him the name “Dr. Schlock.” And for this episode’s Top 20 films, Dave brings you his best of 2001 and highlights The Deep End (2001), Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001) and In the Bedroom (2001). For those who don’t know, since 2010, Dave has been the author of the prolific film blog DVD Infatuation.com, with which Dave completed a remarkable challenge where he reviewed 2,500 movies!
